No upc codes for invoices

So, one of my accounts was asked to offer up invoices for items.

But I only have an invoice for one product that has a upc code.

I bought all the items through Alliance Entertainment, but two of the three products that i need to do invoices for do not have corresponding upc codes.

There is nothing on the invoice in the upc portion for those two items. And I am thinking the meatheads that are on the other end of this ask are simply going to read the script, that the invoices MUST have corresponding upc codes for each item to be authentic.

And they will simply reject them as inauthentic.

Ideas?

why dont you ask the vendor ,if there is none,just say it is not applicable

how dId you list those ITEMS?

listed them brand new. they are brand new.

you may need to get creative with your ideas if your unable to provide th correct invoices

I did. I submitted invoices that did not have corresponding upc codes, but put some sort of "special item" status. Worked.

I get the sense that Amazon impes that are working the invoice checking are making judgement calls in the moment. And if you don't succeed the first time, just keep on submitting every 12 hours or so.
