Australian banks that allowed mismatched names 2019?

Apart from ANZ I'm not aware of any other that do it, does anyone know of banks that still currently allow withdrawals from stealth paypals?

Only one I know atm that doesnt is probably commonwealth bank

commonwealth works fine for me. the only ones that don't are credit unions.
