How to get out of "soft-limitation"?

Hello,

I got this Canadian business PayPal account, where I got some funds in a couple of days. (700$)

I bought some cheap software with it, and I managed to send 250$ to another person as F&F.

Now I would like to buy some goods with the remaining 400$ but whenever I try to pay, I get the "infamous" Sorry we can't complete your payment... message.

The guy who I sent the 250$ to also noticed that the payment is still pending in his account for almost 48 hours.

The PayPal account is verified, it has a VBA attached, made more than 2 weeks ago, had some transactions, and I used a Canadian IP address to access it.


How could I get around this "soft-limitation"? If I added a VCC, would that help?

that F&F is what triggered it.

I'd say wait a bit and see if that pending transaction passes in a few days.

If not, come back here and we'll figure it out

With things like this its all about time. You need to leave your paypal along for a while to let soft limits like this clear.

Hi does it ask for you to upload documents of your ID and address etc?
I have had this and I uploaded a few right documents Utiility bill and Bank statement but I don’t have photo ID no passport or Driving license so I uploaded a similar document to the ones showing my name and address.
It’s been a few months since and they are still reviewing the documents and I have been able to draw money out etc
WTF???? Some things definitely defy logic and you are baffled!!!
I have got one Paypal and the email is paypalcustomerservices???@???.com and it’s working a treat l😂😂😂
I have blocked the vital information for the email address out on purpose
