Emailing PayPal departments

Send over a few emails to PayPal emails below, just wondering when you email these departments do you get like automated emails back from them stating they have received the emails or no ?

Also does the executive escalations department call or just email

Emails sent to the executive department,appeals and aup email

Most of the time, it takes ages before they reply. It's always best to call them.
