Permanently Limited from PayPal, where can I buy an account?

So I've sold some stuff on eBay and my paypal account was permanently limited because apparently I opened too many cases. I opened 3 disputes in 7 years and all of them follow the TOS...

I have buyers trying to send me money but they can't because my paypal account is banned. I'm afraid if I set up a Paypal account and they send me the money then it'll just get banned after I ship the item to them, then I've lost my money.

Is there some sort of verified Paypal account I can buy with no restrictions so as soon as I sell on ebay I can withdraw the money to my bank?

sorry to hear that and not that i am aware of but you could pm some of the account sellers in the marketplace and ask for a PayPal account to have no 21 day holds on funds it must meet this criteria

1. 90 days from first sale.
2. 25 successful transactions.
3. At least $250 in total sales.
