Are you aware that it's not allowed to sell Digital Items at eBay?
What kind of invoices do you have? Just an online receipt?

Yes, I know.
Yes just online receipt.

Also I have read that I can just write to them in PDF that I dont have invoices, or it is bad idea?

I mean, you're not allowed unless you are 'Authorized'
You can definitely try to use those online receipts, but you should also attach the authorization to re-sell those digital items.

That won't fly with PP.

Also, keep in mind that with these kind of accounts selling digital items, it is pretty well known that pp will keep these accounts banned.

selling digital goods is high risk, since you cant prove delivery via online viewable tracking from a commercial carrier, buyers can file item not received and get their money back.

But I dont have any returns or cases from buyers.

I already have sent them Photo ID and invoice.
And I have the next question:
If they do not accept my documents, will they block my account forever and will I lose my money? Or they can just freeze my account for 180 days and after this date I can withdraw funds from PayPal account?
Thanks!

They don't care. They are banning legitimate businesses just because it's high risk. So if their policies state no digital items allowed you have no chance.

Yes they will block the account forever.

You may be able to get them to release the payment to you after 180 days. No guarantee. If they ban you because of bad ID's then you have no chance.

you may not have any cases now,but you could have them in the future.
If your account is restricted, yes, they can hold your sales proceeds for 180 days and if there is no dispute, you can withdraw them.
