Default Legal Question... Need your advise

Hi, my friend used to sell on Ioffer after he got kicked from ebay. His account was quickly closed bye Ioffer vero kind of program for selling Chan.... He actually didn't even sell the item but never the less item removed and the company now sends letters to his house asking him to give them information for the supplier and give up any information that has to do with that brand Chan....". But before the item was removed he sold a few shirts on the account. Maybe 20 total items of different brands. Ok so he received few letters in Nov, then another in Jun, and last in august saying its last time they're contacting him before appropriate action is taken against him. Should he worry at all? What steps should he take if he needs to take any steps at all. Sorry that im posting this in this forum, but Im very confident that some you have the answer to his problem. Thank you.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

Maybe report it as the wrong address? Just say the person doesn't live there... or something similar. I've only heard of a couple people with this problem, and nothing ever happened to them.

Or say there were no suppliers, that you were only selling personal items. I've seen people get out of trouble with this.

yep bought in china town hee hee hee i got a letter like that it smelled like smoke and was from a po box in jersey. i didnt do anything or respond especially since in the first letter it was like send 3k and you suppliers names then in follow up letters they lowered the settlement amount drastically like to 900 then got althe way to 300. i just ingnored. this was about 4 or 5 years ago. but recently a friend of a friend got a letter that was real so if its real you will get a supeona if not its a scam. if you do get a supeona just say the china town thing and that you no longer have the merch. and i would advise not selling CHAN any more they are going nuts after people and LV to . good luck pm me if you want more details.
