No "confirm receipt" button,to get my money???

Hey,so i have a PayPal account,what have the new layout.

And i sent 40EUR from this account to my another PayPal account.The PayPal request me to send the shipping info,and the money is on pending status on my another account.I added the shipping info,and when i go back to my account where i sent the money,i can't see the confirm receipt button??
Where is the button on the new layout???
Someone know a solution to get my money fast? because i don't wanna wait while PayPal release....
