So I noticed that starting last week. One of my stealth accounts get the following message/email straight after receiving the first payment ( $4.5)
The email is titled " take action on your PayPal with reference number PPxxxxx
Inside the email it says that to make sure nobody has accessed the account without my authorization we limited some feature ( send receive and withdraw). They are asking for ID and proof of address.
What kind of limitations is this? Do you think it's easy to get rid of?

The thing is that I create stealth accounts in bulk. and sometimes I use them after 1 year. So receiving a payment after the account has been dormant for long time could be the reason. But it's just $4.5 that's why i was surprized.
I think after creating an account, We should use the account and make a transaction even if 1 per month. that is better than STORING the account for long time
Yeah, that should be the usual issue when you haven't logged on for a long time.
It's just an auto security check, I usually get this when i accidentally log-in using a different IP. I just upload the ID, and utility bill, it goes away - instantly.

That's no guarantee. It depends from case to case. But that was my personal experience.
You can try it out and see how it goes. Feel free to post an update.
