Amazon Suspended
Woke up to my amazon account getting suspended this morning, haven't seen this one before though. I piggybacked onto a listing that was copyrighted, but this particular listing was not from the manufacturer, and was altered slightly in the naming, and I was able to list in whatever condition I wanted. IF I listed the official listing, I would have only been allowed to sell it in used conditions.
The official ban reason is for listing items I'm not allowed to list. But I wasn't actually listing a product I wasn't allowed to list since I could have listed it on the official manufacturers listing but chose not to to avoid detection (lol). They're asking for typical stuff, invoices, letter, a appeal that explains why I listed a product I'm not allowed to list and if I wouldn't do it again.
My question is this type of suspension fightable without the invoices and just apologize? "Sorry Amazon, wrong listing, didn't realize it was a restricted item because this other seller is abusing the ASIN product listing system and it confused me?"
Because:
1. I have alibaba invoices so they wouldn't take them anyways, and
2. I'd still have to change the information from my business, to my stealth information.
