Did you send the items with a recorded delivery service?

go to Paypal and review seller protection for Unauthorised transaction.
The last I read, allyou have to do is to prove you have shipped to his address in the Paypal payment notice ,not necessarily delivered.
where did you print your shipping label

Paypal should have you covered. Don't worry about it.

That’s the risk of selling digital items. I used to sell them back in 2009 and I had this same problem loads with people using hack accounts to order.

If it's digital then you have no chance. Your money is gone. Anybody selling digital items need to write off scammers as a business expense because it will definitely happen.

Distributing the buyers private details out of anger (so essentially doxxing) also makes you just as bad in the eyes of the law. Be careful doing that.

Giving the benefit of the doubt, that buyer might been hacked.
But sadly, there's really nothing you can do with this. Unless you are an Authorized Reseller of the Digital items you're selling.

It happened to me as well, I delivered theme park tickets via email, within 3 hours times received this scary message from ebay that buyer account has been used unauthorized. Ebay is kind of quite on it but this scammer opened a case with PP, I have provided PP screenshots of delivery from email and still waiting for outcome.

I bought the news papers, gather all sunsaver code and got the tickets that way, Am I still unauthorized Reseller in eb eyes. I have receipts from supermarkets when I bought the sun newspapers.

Paypal bot will be looking at online viewable tracking from commercial carrier which said it has been delivered, and you dont have any.
you will lose and then you can appeal,a human being will look into your newspaper stuff and will deny your appeal.

when will people ever learn,no tickee,no washee!
Both Ebay and Paypal use bots to check for ONLINE VIEWABLE TRACKING SHOWING DELIVERY STATUS from a commercial carrier.
If a seller used a commercial carrier like a freight company ,then it will give Ebay/paypal a link to the freight carrier site to check tracking status,if it does not have online viewable tracking ,then freight bill, signature etc and pray

And what is your question here? You have contacted them and you will need to keep pushing - if you shipped via paypal, contact them too?

if you have shipped and print your label via ebay or paypal,Ebay should have the tracking.
you should have called Ebay before they get involved if you cant access your account, try calling them now and see what they can do,if your trackings hows it has been delivered.
