How to keep US paypal account alive after 200 transactions or $20000 ?? HELP

Sorry, but I'm a bit confused as newbie now.
I'm in the US and have a SSN and an eBay and PayPal account that is connected to it.
If I understood it correctly, to open a new stealth PayPal account now I need to have another SSN as the EIN alone (if I open a corporation) is not sufficient.
So how can I do that and keep it alive after 200 transactions or $20000??

Or is the solution not to open an eBay and PayPal account in the US but in another country? If so where?...
Any suggestions welcome )

You should just be able to upgrade to a bussiness account and put in your EIN unless this has changed recently

As far as I can tell all you have to do is upgrade to a business account and put an EIN in and just continue to make deposits directly to your bank. So far it seems they only want your social if you plan on spending the money you have in PayPal through PayPal.

you can add a bank account and withdraw to it at anytime.
