transferwise deactivated my account

i have been using transferwise borderless account to accept payments for goods. They deactivated my account today for no reason and i had over 1500 euros in balance. Does anyone know if i'll get my funds or did i lose them? I didn't have my bank account linked unfortunately as i was waiting until i'm about to withdraw funds to link it.

I'm actually selling goods on Instagram and receiving money to my transferwise borderless account

Don't think anyone here would know the answer.
have you tried calling their customer support and asking about it? if its in your name I doubt they can just 'steal' your money like that. Maybe a letter from a lawyer is in order so mention to them you need their legal department contact info as well.

Why would they shut your account for receiving funds? Is your account fully verified?

boss they are much strick.if you make 2 tarsferwise account on same devise ,same network so tehy will lock your both of account.

Ah I see, well go stealth with it.

What I don't get is why use them at all when there are better options out there. Most people who use TransferWise use them for sending large amounts of funds with small fees.

I wouldn't want to use it as a alternative PayPal
