Paypal "Claim it" I can't send or spend money..help!

With this new "Claim it" by Paypal, I'm having trouble sending or spending money from my Paypal balance. They want me to sign up and submit legit name, street address, and SSN. I only have multiple stealth accounts so I can't do that.

How do you guys send your money? Esp, if it's an invoice you wanna send from one Paypal account to another?

BTW the account im using only has a prepaid Visa card. If I add an extra VBA would this be waived off?

in vba there are alot of banks and even payoneer you can add and withdraw in that.
payoneer first century is blacklisted so ask payoneer to provide you bank of America .in next few days they will issue bank of America and try to add that

I have same issue, tried 4 different Payoneer US banks, none of them is working

I heard Paypal does not do business with Payoneer bank,or has it changed?

Well you cannot use balance unless you provide legit documents in USA, the only option is open bank acct and transfer funds. Get a debit card for the acct and you can add that to a second stealth paypal.
