Confirm details over Paypal

Hello there everyone.
So I got few payments on eBay few months back and haven't touched my paypal account ever since.
I Logged in to my Paypal account and I need to confirm some details in order to keep the balance on my account.
What should I do next?
just fill Random numbers as SSN?
getting documents should be fine.

You'll need to withdraw the $ to your bank account. Random #'s will not work.

I mean, this paypal account is attached to an eBay account.
How should I proceed?

Connect my eBay account with a different paypal account or it might be an issue too?
In addition, there is no way to make this paypal work? I see ppl are selling Paypal accounts with SSN's.

This is universal on all USA accounts now.

I'm not about to recommend you steal somebodies identity.. so your only option is withdrawing the money. Your flag is USA so it shouldn't be hard for you to get a bank account.

Nobody here sells them with SSN attached because it's fraud.

That's illegal.

Also, adding a new pp to your ebay will have the same issue.

Can't you get a bank account?

I can, but after withdrawing the money can I keep on selling on that account or..?

Not actually true, after selling 1500 in one month they will most likely ask for SSN, I had one acct they asked for after $600 in sales.
