I think method of ebay bot and ebay rep's scanning changed in 1-2 month

Case 1(60%)

first listing -> suspended next day -> submit docs -> rejected reinstatement

Case 2(15%)

first listing -> suspended next day -> submit docs -> reinstatement -> suspended again next day -> submit docs -> rejected reinstatement

Case 3(15%)

making seller account -> suspended in 1 hour -> rejected reinstatement

Case 4(10% below)

first listing -> suspended next day -> submit docs -> reinstatement !!!

Sounds like theres something fundamentally flawed in the way you create and/or operate your accounts... I do not experience any of what youre describing...

Older established accounts are doing fine because they don't seem to be subjected to the scrutiny that new accounts are now subjected to.

If you read around the forum, there have been tons of threads like this recently. You aren't the only one. I don't know what a solution could be for you but you certainly aren't the only one having problems as of late.

Recently eBay/PayPal have had a big crackdown on prepaid VCCs which seem to cause this problem. I would suggest you try a different VCC.

Also what are you using for your phone number?

not really ebay gone paypal still alive. vcc is attached to pp not to ebay ..

I have one more account to submit docs on for the EU verification. Do you think it would be a smart idea to buy one of your VCC's that don't show up as a pre-paid credit card first and add it to the account ? Mind you this account has a vanilla pre-paid on it already. So I was thinking remove that and then add yours ? or will paypal have a record anyway despite removing it ?

Otherwise I am yet to pass a single Paypal account passed the EU verification limits. Despite happy customers. No returns. No refunds. All positive feedback.

I don't know what else to do ... everyone keeps saying it's the "method of creation" which I think is non-sense in my case as I am reaching the Paypal EU limit stage without a hiccup.

I had those issues on 2 ebay accounts out of several I made. Where they were immediately banned. One was re-instated after submitting docs, the other one wasn't.

The re-instated one failed the EU £1650 verification stage on Paypal.
