PAYPAL wants to verify through PUBLIC PROFILE RECORDS

I tried to enter bank details to my stealth PAYPAL account. But Paypal started asking me verify through PUBLIC PROFILE RECORDS

WHAT CAN I DO, I HAVE BALANCE IN MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT, AND I WANT TO WITHDRAW IT. WHAT ARE POSSIBLE WAYS? PLEASE HELPPPPP!

What bank are you trying to add? Is it one of those virtual/online only banks like Chime, Walmart, etc?

Something tripped a security flag on your account and PayPal is wanting to verify with Public Records. On a stealth account that is likely to be an issue.

There are many threads on this forum about this. All you can do is wait and hope this message goes away and they allow to you add a bank account.

Do you have a linked and confirmed VCC? Usually PP will give me the option to confirm my cc# instead of public records info.

Add and confirm vcc, give it a week or so to cool off, try to add the bank again and see if it lets you confirm your cc# instead of public records verification.

Contact the account seller this is happening when accounts sit for awhile and the someone takes over the new account I private messaged you

Need to wait atleast 3-4 days with only login in and out building up cookies
