Paypal Account in Pakistan

Hi all,

Is there anyway for a Pakistan resident to set up a Paypal account and withdraw funds some how? Possible through Payoneer? Although I've read Paypal doesn't like Payoneer.


The account will be used for taking payments for freelancer services.

PAYPAL also does not do business in Pakistan,if you claim t to be in UK and IT FINDS out you are coming from Pakistan,it could restrict your account.
Unless it has changed,there are folks who travel back to Pakistan and log into their paypal account,Paypal restricted their accounts.

Being in Pakistan and setting up an account in another country will get tricky. Especially when it comes to cashing it out - which will likely require a bank account in another country (and yes payoneer is problematic at best).
