How to open LLC and get EIN

Can I get a step by step guide on how to open one successfully.
I'm confused on how to do it with stealth information, my name and address is different so how do I go about doing this.
Also, I see people running into more problems on this forum so I wanna be sure

You open it on your own name. You cannot use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info to open a business and get a license for it.

YOu just open it under your own name and info, then use the business name and EIN for the paypal or amazon account you are going to use.

For the LLC/EIN, do you have to do anything after opening it? Any fees involved? Or updating required to keep it "valid"? or just open it and you're good to go.

Yes there are fees. Each state is different. You can find the answers to these types of questions by doing a simple google search.
