My ING account was closed and they say that in order to get my money from them, I must contact Ebay since money was put into my several acounts with them using several names. Of curse they know that I cannot. Does this mean that they have contacted Paypal and have compromised my paypal accounts?

Why contact ebay? the matter is between the bank and paypal. for the past 13 months (at least) there have been reported problems with ING & paypal. Is it ebay or paypal? What exactly did the letter say.
