Hi think I have hit the pp EU limit £1600 sales through eBay. Pp asking for proof address of and ID. Can anyone suggest a trader to help me with this.

What happens when I reach the hard limit can I still withdraw the money,
none of it has been withdrawn yet no bank acc attached just CC.

Is it ok to add bank acc to a PayPal account with the soft limit in place £1650 limit

Also this is too withdraw the funds incase the EU limit checks fail!
