Etsy has, yesterday, closed my shop of 5 years (copyright on an image used, ugh) and now I can’t access any of my outstanding orders! I need to fulfill these. I can access Conversations but none of my seller dashboard.
I’ve written to them but no answer yet.
Does anyone have any advice? Constructive advice please, thanks Xx

Did you save the Etsy email that you have an order and have the name of the buyer and his address,then you can use it to ship your order and save your tracking

You can still access them, or view your recent sales. You need to go and look at each of the people that haven't downloaded their files and see their email address, and then send their order manually.
He can still ship the orders if he has kept the Etsy emails which said he made a sale.
He just have to print shipping labels elsewhere and then save the tracking,in case buyer files dispute
paypal shipnow will let you print shipping label,and USPS if you are in US or just go to a post office,just make sure you save the tracking number

I too was shut down 3 weeks ago after 6 years, I am trying to get a new shop opened and my brother said he would do it in his name. He lives 50 miles from me and have to work out my ip from home. Do you think etsy will know that we set up in his town and I am working from mine? I still can not figure why I was shut down but other shops that have some of the same things are still up.

there is a retired dealer who has a website,exposing Etsy sellers who claimed their China made items are vintage,handmade etc.
ETSY closed my shop
