Blank white screen on Paypal?

I get a blank white screen when I try to withdraw my funds on PayPal.I type in the amount then the review page is blank white. I tried different browsers,I tried my mobile phone and the same thing happens.

Haven't seen that either but I only have done it on pc and different browsers.
