Paypal asking for EIN. Did I set it up wrong?

When I registered the EIN I put in the business name and that it's for an LLC and them my real information as the sole member. Did I possibly set this up wrong?

I got an email from Paypal asking to confirm my tax payer status this afternoon. They are wanting an EIN. I don't seem to have saved my EIN in my stealth info (pissed about that. I save everything.) but I am positive I already put one in there. The paypal email also said ""If you have already provided your tax identification number, it’s possible that you are receiving this message because the combination of your Name/TIN didn’t match IRS records."""

Does anyone know what could be happening here? I am close to going over the 200 order threshold but no where near the 20k. I doubt I will go over 20k with this account for a while but I as planning on it eventually.

I think I figured it out. When I upgraded the account and they asked for documents i never sent them in. What kind of documents am I going to have to make ⊗⊗⊗⊗ of?
