For international users how they can use a stealth account USA, knowing that paypal currently requires a bank account to start.
My question, how can internationnal users verify a stealth paypal USA account?
Can internationnal users find an american Bank account to check paypal?

i dnt know about that but i am using suntrust and capitalone bank working fine.
