Today, I wanted to purchase digital item from store via UK Stealth PayPal and they asked to verify my phone number via call or text message. I dont have access to this phone number. Can I add Latvian phone number to PayPal account or it is bad practice?

you cannot add LV phone number, just UK number

Phone number is the key point as paypal, if you lost phone number , you nearly lost paypal
