Default vodafone MIFI

Hi

Might be a stupid question but here goes I've been using a Vodafone MIFI device for a few years as I used to use it when traveling.

My question is since ive been banned am I still ok to use this as I've read the MIFI device changes its IP all the time or would I need a new source of wifi

Thanks

You'll be fine using that. IP and cookies are all you really need to worry about. Mobile ips change every time you turn it on and off

I use a mobile dongle. I have my accounts in portable browsers(could use profiles which is what i am going to be switching to)

I close Stealth browser A, disconnect and reconnect my dongle and let it connect. Then open Stealth browser B.

Its not complex as some people would have you believe.

for you just turn your mifi on and off instead of disconnecting dongle. Check your IP has changed on check2ip.com or another site if you wish to confirm

I wouldn't confuse OP with portable browsers when they are trying to get their head around cookies.

A new user account would suffice.

Dongles don't always change IPs, depends on the network. If im not mistaken Vodafone is one of those networks where the IP sticks for a while.

If you're running just one account that wont be an issue though.

I have been tracking the ip here and there. It does seem the change when you turn off and on again.

Depends on the network. It doesn't always change.

If you're using multiple account I would advise you track it. Just in case it doesn't change and you go on to log into another account.

most imporant thing is cookies. NEVER use a ebay or paypal with the same cookies. you can clear cookies from a specific site in your browser.
Ip is not a problem, even if it is the same one. IP cant be used as unique identifier since noone can really check if it is static or not.
For vodafone UK i can confirm for sure that the ip changes multiple times per day and i highly doubt there is any mobile internet with a Static IP
