Should open a USA PayPal account or on my country?

Hi, I want to make sure what is better to open a new PayPal account on the USA or just on my country because I can attache more than 4 PayPal accounts to my local bank and just withdraw the money in 4 days after that. No problem. But to verify many accounts I haven't Fresh IP from my country.. ip burger don't have, I. asked yesterday.. don't know what to do about it... if go with usa account buying vcc, vba, phones number from there, burger VPN etc.. this is a lot of money that if I do evertythinng here is not goin to cost so much... but I can't find ip from here!

hey buddy have you checked out 24vc VPN its a great vp and they should have your country because a us PayPal you need a us bank to do anything hope that helps.

in the USA now you can only withdraw funds to a USA bank account. You cant do anything else.

I have no problems with my country to withdraw funds, just that I can't find IP service to open more accounts.. Dominican Paypal accounts just ask for credit card and bank account from usa.. look what they ask:

If I use a VBA from some service here on the forum and a VCC that works on Dominican Republic accounts (I hope some service here too), you think should work?

NO VBAs on this forum. It has ended more than a year ago.

Because they are basically illegal.

REAL bank accounts is the only good option. You need one anyways.

But if I need to verify 40 PayPal accounts should I open one for each one? and is asking me for USA account while im at Dominican Republic.. so should I just register a vcc and let it like that.. or what ideas about it do you have my friend?

Use mobile data that should work fine, just get a sim and a data plan and you can use that hotspot as your IPs

My mind just is blowing dude!! Do you think if I use the same phone but changing the SIM could work? Phones dont have Static IP in dominican republic, but I cant get as much SIMs as I want to.. so, if I do all properly as the Stealth Book says and as a vpn or proxy use my phone chaging the sim could work?
