Question Proxy or VPN? Special case!
I cant find dominican IP for paypal, the only that I found is Proxy service by Luminati but not static... just rotating Residential IP.. should I take the risk and use those proxy or keep looking a VPN whit dominican Static IP? I think Im not gonna found a good VPN neverrrrr 😰
