Update: check withdrawal

cannot request a check since last December. It gave me error message "sorry your last session cannot be completed"

I have 2 180 days to let me withdraw a check today, by using Ip burger.

It could be a random case. As all of my other paypals still not let me withdraw by check.

You will not be able to without a bank account or you might get lucky after calling a 1000 agents.

Now the system allows me to withdraw by check, no call need to be made.

Not sure if this is what they are talking about, but ever since Paypal switched to the updated screens, it gives you the option of withdrawing via check. There's a link at the very bottom of the screen when it asks you to decide what to do with the money.
