Arrow Paypal account limit for 180 days with "Claim Money" Button

My paypal account recently became limited after I submitted infos they asked.
After that, I received an email from paypal stating they will hold the fund for 180 days, which is no problem to me. I can wait.

However, there is a button appear in my paypal account "Money is waiting for you ($xxx amount) claim it".

When I click claim it button, I get message "Sorry.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?"

There is no withdraw button. I'm afraid that after 180 days I won't be able to withdraw.

Please help! Anyone having this issue?

Thanks so much

Just a glitch ... wait 180 days and you can withdraw.

Thank you so much for the reply. That's a relieve, but how can I withdraw? I logged into paypal and the withdraw button is missing, same as in paypal app.

You will no doubt have to send in docs when the 180 days is up.

But nothing should concern you now as you have to wait 180 days before being eligible to withdraw.

Some of us are have saving the same glitch and our accounts arent limited at all , paypal are also just ignoring our complaints about it , dont assume the problem is anything to do with your account being limited , its not .

I've now successfully withdrawn my money , logged into paypal and the " claim it " button had been replaced by a " withdraw money " one and it worked fine , hopefully everyone else will have a similar experience already or soon too .

*Update* July 15th 2019

The claim button has changed to transfer.

I think everything is good now.
