What exactly do I need to send this is an individual account


We are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account. During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon.com.

Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.

You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please send an email to payments-funds@amazon.com.

Please provide the following documents and confirm there is a valid credit card on file:

--Utility bill with name and address visible
--Business license, if applicable
--If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days.

You can send files in .pdf, .png, or .gif format. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. Please send the documents to seller-performance@amazon.com.

Once we receive your documents, we will review them and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.

Do exactly what they want you to do, submit the documentation.

Amazon is kinda straight forward.

Give them the utility bill first. See if that alone works

Send them in faxed, not just pictures taken with phone

If you have sales/listings, you'll need invoices to back up the sales

Then utility + business license

Try with utility and invoices first, if they get back to you with an automated reply, send both with a business license

Amazon still call to verify the information right if so how I can avoid that this is an individual account I don’t have a business license and I think such hard to create one I do have a listing should the invoices matches the same quantity on amazon account

what do you plan to sell?
there are plenty of individuals selling on AMZN without business license,like used books,dvd,cd.

They will verify the Utility bill by calling the company

It's a hit or miss, seriously.

Just give it to them and hope for the best

they're not calling to verify the majority of the time, you should be okay
