Default Your Amazon.com order cannot be shipped

So I am a dropshipper and I have several Amazon.com prime accounts. Unfortunately, I do not remember the details I used to create this account. I decided to ship a large order to a customer and my account has been locked. Amazon is asking for a lot of details which I do not remember the details to. I was able to log into my email and reply to Amazon but couldn't provide them with all the information. Advice? Thank you!

Please note, there is no fraud going on here, I am running a legit dropshipping business and paid with legit gift cards.

Advice? Find this: I do not remember the details I used to create this account.

Amazon is really hard to crack without knowing your account - you have to comply with Amazon sadly

I was able to supply them with last 2 digits of card used to register the account, however I cannot remember the name or address... Would suck to lose a large sum of money like this.

To avoid this issue going forward, so I not use VCC for buyer account or just remember to write down the details I used for registration? The VCC has no billing or phone so I am uncertain what amazon is trying to verify.

I've replied to the email with the necessary legit information (Billing address/etc) of the order that locked the account. Amazon got back to me and either A) Your account has been closed due to misuse of gift cards B) We have linked your account with another closed account. I don't see any way around it, but to create new accounts.

The question is, what's triggering all this?

No, I believe mine happened because I purchased expensive items on a relatively new account. None of the above apply to me

Amazon directly replied to me with those answers on my accounts after I responded to their address-verification email.

Did Amazon reply to you saying you have suspicious purchases?

No nothing about suspicious purchases, I have a large balance on this account so I am hoping to get it back. My gifts cards were purchased from amazon directly

I have no doubt It’s because I purchased expensive items on a new account. I’m not sure if I will get the account back or not

You should reply to the email they sent you and see what type of response they will be giving you.
