So I am a dropshipper and I have several Amazon.com prime accounts. Unfortunately, I do not remember the details I used to create this account. I decided to ship a large order to a customer and my account has been locked. Amazon is asking for a lot of details which I do not remember the details to. I was able to log into my email and reply to Amazon but couldn't provide them with all the information. Advice? Thank you!
Please note, there is no fraud going on here, I am running a legit dropshipping business and paid with legit gift cards.
