Need help. Are you guys opening Amazon US accounts fine?
Opened around 10 , all got closed download.
1. Tried new cards
2. Tried new phone numbers
3. Opened from UK and opened from US (both phones and routers)
4. New computer, new VMware, new windows users. All closed
Changed just about everything. Opened both individual and pro, and closed
5 changed docs.
Soon as I submitted the docs, it doesn't even go to the team for them to have a look. Automatically takes me to the congrats on ur new account(email) 2 step verification. Then 5 mins later it's closed.
Anyone have any idea whatsoever?

Perhaps you can't open US Amazon from a UK ip? Docs address etc were all US, So I changed that to US ip. Closed
But this time I opened from US ip but used use UK docs.. generally always opens fine.. that's the only thing I can think of that I can do.. use all us docs with us ip... Will attempt it tomorrow morning.. and let you guys know.

What are you doing differently? UK docs US IP? Seems more automatic as that would take time to look at, I’m guessing the ips your using are spent and range banned

Don't think the ips are banned.. used 2 phones, with UK phone network, us phone network and a UK mifi and a us router.. all different ranges. All are getting closed right away.

If you are legit merchant,all you need is one account to start selling.

@tiredguy, are you listing the same items on every account? Maybe category/listing is heavily flagged?

Been having the same issue for the last couple months
Just gotta create more and keep submitting verification until some are accepted
Hopefully amazon fixes this glitch as I'm sure they're dealing with 1000s of people complaining

I'm not listing anything.. gets closed right away.. say review, then you may no longer sell on amazon. And ship any orders. Messaged them and no replies.
Gonna open another today and see. This time I'll do everything USA... and see..
But they def have a new system, they're not even looking at my docs..
Just need to know, if anyone out there open 2 or 3 in a row and everything was fine for them

Mine one deactivated and option for reactivate and asking for root cause of prob, action plan bla bla. What type of action plan I should send as this is brand new acc and opened just 5 minutes before.

my store was also suspended
immediately after its creation (Ip burger, CC fresh and Phone fresh)
I sent requested personal document
and I received the following message :
Dear seller,
We could not authenticate the information
that you provided as part of your registration for
Opening a Sell Sell Account on Amazon. You can not
therefore not start selling on Amazon.
Can anyone tell if this kind of suspension
is due to the fact that summer holidays in europe
and a lot of people set up stores in AMZ
and they randomly suspend
even with everything valid?

This is Amazons systems automatically scanning your docs, I think its a case of that only time will tell.

Yes, I think their system is catching something else with the docs.. perhaps same picture? Passport number in wrong format.. I know the mrz scan code is perfect...perhaps they have a system to scan for marks here n there to see if it matches another template.. gonna create one now with some new marking, new computer ur up, etc and see. I tried a new account this morning, it was all USA, new docs and closed..
Got a couple more things to try... Has anyone open a new Amazon within this past week or two?

Okay.. new Computer, new phone, etc.. closed.. must be the passport doc.. they're catching something .. either the marks on the passport, or the doc size/pixel/dimension..
Gonna try a different template if anyone's got a USA or UK passport psd template, would appreciate you letting me try it.

From the sound of it, it has to be the details. Technical wise you're clean, but your documents might be linking to a previous account that was submitted for closure. Try submitting a completely different profile maybe?

I don't believe its due to the documentation, as you would fail verification if that was the case upon initially signing up.
The problem is in the security automated system on amazons end. They need to fix it otherwise they will continue to flag shops for no apparent reason. My belief is they are limiting the amount of sellers they want registered currently.
If you google the suspension/review email, and modify the settings to show last 30 days of history, you'll see countless people posting on the amazon discussion forums the same problem. Mind you these are people probably registering with their real information, so its not related to stealth accounts.

I opened like 12 and only one opened up.. they didn't even look at the docs, it was automatically opened.
My cop brother said, images templates, regardless if you convert them, always keep a digital foot print. So if the system is catching something, then that's probably it.
Mind you, I have opened hundreds of accounts and know how it's done. Tried different docs as I stated, different everything. So I have two ideas. I'll try to open today and see how I get on. Legit doc and another method. If that doesn't work, then it's definitely a problem on Amazon side.
