Whats the main reason if you get this? I opened an account awhile back but just started using it got multiple payments since the 17th. I added my bank but its giving me this error even when i try to withdraw like $25. I called in and the rep said she has no clue why this is happening. and said try added a different bank or card. But that obviously isnt the problem...is this just a simple case of to much money too soon wait it out?

What type of IP address are you using?

Is the bank you are trying to add one of those prepaid/online only banks, or a real bank with actual branches?

thanks bro. Ip is mobile ip. and no this bank always works without issue. I think its just to knew of a paypal.

That's their system catching you because it deemed the "transaction" risky.
Don't keep trying. just wait it out for 3 days or so and try again

When paypal start doing that your account gonna be limited...I just had 2 get limited yesterday...One I never tried to withdraw money and other one I couldnt withdraw money for 72 hours twice...Now its limited SMH...I have to send in ID on one account and other one I need to send in ID and alot of other stuff...This First sign it will be limited
