it's ok to upload new pictures without deleting Metadata, EXIF...?

hello, I make my photos with photoshop I crate the designs and put it on a mockup and save them on my laptop.

it's ok to upload them on Etsy or should I delete the image Metadata, EXIF...

how do you deal with your images? I'm not taking them from phone or camera, I just make them myself in photoshop.
