Wholesale dropshipping and Private label Uk

I’ve been wanting to start selling on amazon for a while now and I believe now is the right time to start . The 2 main business models im looking into for the start is either wholesale or private label .
Does anyone here sell on amazon UK using any of these models ?
If so what do the profit margins on average look like ? For example retail dropshipping on eBay margins are on average 10% profit .

Also which business model do you guys think is better and more profitable in order to build up an account without too many issues .

These are 2 very common business models on Amazon.
If you are new to the business, I would say that wholesale would be easier, theres a lot of intricacies in private label.
Profit margins completely depend on the products you're selling, generally margins are low in wholesale as you trying to sell large quantities of item.
