New Ebay with Landline

The last few ebays I set up got like 5/500 or 10/1000 but I got a cable modem telephone (landline) because it lowered my cable bill because of a bundling special. So I said what the heck and signed up for a new ebay.

So my observation is "does having a landline increase your opening limits"

This has been well known for a long time. The TYPE of phone service is one of the attributes that is used to determine account limits. There are others, too, but those things can't be disclosed for obvious reasons.
