NEED ADVICE PLEASE!!! Buy Box wins drop from 80%+ to 0%

I need some advice on the buy box.

Selling on Amazon.it I was winning the buy box around 80% of the time, keeping my prices lower than all competitors. I was averaging 20-40 sales per day.

A new seller has now entered onto every one of my products, priced way higher than my prices and is winning every single buy box on every product. Some products I am even more than 40 Euros cheaper than this seller (eg a product I am selling for 55 Euros, this seller is selling for 99 Euros), and still they get the buy box. My buy box wins have gone from 80%+ before this seller to 0% now.

This seller is not selling Prime or anything like that so that cannot be a factor.

My seller metrics are all good, with no counterfeit claims, no negative ratings, no a-z or any issue which may have caused me to lose the buy box.

I cannot understand it. From 20-40 sales per day, my sales are now almost eliminated and I have made 2 only sales in the past 4 days since this seller has started selling the same products.

Please anyone who can give any advice on how to get the buy box back, because I am at a complete loss now. I have even set some of my products to below cost price just to try to win the buy box, hoping it may spark me winning it back with all my products but no luck at all.

Hope that's the case and it normalises soon. But it's ridiculous to do that to people's livelihood and amounts to the same type of price fixing that Google were fined multi-billion dollars for

Given time they'll normalise the buy box sharing.

Your sales are being slashed by Amazon for sometime. Keep on selling, it will get back to normal later. The worst thing you could do for now is to end your listings and think that Amazon is conspiring against your account.

This is what could be called as the rotation theory. This theory is about Amazon and eBay turning the clock on well established accounts in order to give room to newly registered ones.
