Best way of making bank accounts for mercari?

I've been banned multiple times from mercari and I haven't found an easily way to make a bank account to deposit funds from mercari

Anyone know of a way how?

Unless you've left a bank with debt before and have something negative against you on your chexsystems report, or bad credit in some cases, you should be able to just walk into any bank or credit union in your area with $100 and request to open an account. They all want to have you open an account with them.. so it's pretty easy.
