Any advice on reversing this suspension?

So I had my buyer account suspended for too many refunds so my seller account was suspended. Anyone have any idea what to say in the appeal? Here is the message:
Your Amazon.com order history shows an unusually high rate of problems. As a result, your customer account will be closed and you may no longer sell on Amazon.com. Your listings have been removed from the site.
You will have access to Seller Central for the next 30 days. After 30 days you will no longer be able to buy or sell on Amazon.com. We recommend that you use this time to ship any open orders and respond to any open A-to-Z claims or chargeback disputes.
If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-Z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.
