Paypal new account and money withdrawal

I have a brand new pp account attached to existing eb, ebay sale is okay.
When do you think I can withdrwa from pp to attached bank or how long should I wait. Because I know as soon as i hit 900 pounds they will be asking Ids and stuff. Another question they are holding almost every transaction and when would they release that money.

On a new pp account withdraw money a small amount at a time and leave a little in there to keep pp happy for refunds and fees etc

pp will hold the money for each transaction for upto 21 days or if you want your money to be released quicker, add tracking info

You can start withdrawing after about 1 week but make sure you only withdraw a very small amount on your 1st withdrawal

When you withdraw for the 1st few times, pp will delay the transfer for upto 72 hours
Once pp see you are a legit customer, your withdrawals will be instant
