Restricted but not suspended 3times

I have been restricted indefinitley from selling for 2 months now, but my PayPal account is still good. Is there anyway that I can just open a new ebay business account to sell again by just making sure I dont link the PayPal to it.

I am in the united states, create a new ebay account and just use it with my PayPal, just dont link it through ebay right?

That won't work. You'll stand to lose your Paypal account too.

They are not "hard" linked but "soft" linked. Many people get hurt by this before including me. It won't happen very quickly, just a matter of time.

Starting new ones using stealth method for both eBay and Paypal benefits in a long run.
