Naturally the sellers of such accounts are not willing to disclose their methods for obvious reasons. Some of this information is a closely guarded trade secret.

Also be aware this forum is monitored and read by both eBay and PayPal. If they know which "tricks" were public, they won't work anymore.

There are plenty of known tidbits about helping create your accounts, with focus on things such as phone #, IP, VCC, address, etc. With enough research and trial and error you will come up with answers.
