Hi I have a restricted Australian paypal for past year, need to link it to an actual bank account to withdraw the funds. If anyone can manage to withdraw the funds for a commission please message me.

Hi mate, I can't withdraw because I don't have Australian bank acct. I live in uk so can't open it from here.

Don't buy it off some random guy. Not until he's Approved here or have permission to sell from the Administration!
