Paypal not letting me add a bank account

Just trying to set up my Ebay UK selling account.

This will be my second attempt at a home made stealth account.

I opened the paypal and the ebay Account well over a month ago.

Today I listed a low value used item on a seven day auction.

Then added a VCC which I bought on ebay to the paypal account "add a card" tab.

Then when I went to add the bank account it just gave me a message saying:

"We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

Now it is later.. and im still getting the same message when I try to add a bank account. Can anyone help?

Lloyds bank

Just noticed I hadnt "activated" the online banking thing on the Lloyds account.

wonder if that will make a difference.......

If the bank account was made the same day then you get an error, but adding it the next day is ok

the bank account was made the same day as the Ebay and Paypal accounts but not added until today, which is well over a month later.

No, the account was blocked before I had a chance. will try it next time if there is an issue.

Don’t use Lloyd’s in the future . They don’t like mismatching names

Any main high street bank other than Lloyd’s or tsb is good
