Tried to buy an account but!

Hey guys i need your help!
I wanted to buy from a member here in aspkin an uk ebay account but the problem is the payment holding, after i pay him they caught the payment in hold f 20days! i send from business account, and even if i send it via paypal.me, they hold it, what to do?

Is it like "pending" status? If so then payment should pass later usualy after 24 hours

He confirms the "order status" but in the realese date in paypal they say 30 august and it too much

Are you able to send it as a personal payment?

Even if i send it as personal payment "paypal.me" they send it as goods and service

They say that i have buyer protection eligible so even if i send it via personal payment (family and friends- paypal.me) they send it as a business payment/ services and goods

You could send the payment with bitcoin (or any other crypto) instead of Paypal. I think all of the account sellers here take it now.
