eBay Stealth Account

Hi Guys,

I'm planning to make eBay And Paypal Stealth account i have previous suspend account so i want to make new account. We move new house and new wifi but only thing is the Laptop can i use it again to make account?

If you're not going to reformat the laptop you should at least open a new user account in Windows so you won't have to worry about cookies from your old accounts spilling over to the new accounts.

Keep in mind though what you're planning to do isn't a stealth account. It sounds like you're wanting to just use your real name + new address which will work for a CA account.. but it wouldn't be a stealth.

I'm visiting my country next week Philippines can i make the account there and if i already back here ag Canada i will use the account here its safe?

There is no SSN Verification canada i think so im not sure. Only if you make Business Account

That's for USA-based accounts not Canada.
