linking savings account to new pp acct

Hey guys so I just bought my first stealth accounts about a week ago and I am getting ready to link my savings account to my paypal. as soon as I entered the routing numbers I got a message saying "we need to confirm its you" and then they asked me some personal questions like "in what county did you live or own property in in 2008 ". and said "sorry we couldnt confirm it you" Im assuming they are questions directed to the supposed owner of the account. I have not sold anything yet and this is the very first time I try to change any info. All I have really done is watch items on eBay I hope I didn't do something wrong **** this thing up already... lol

You tried to answer the questions before contacting the account seller?

Account sellers usually have ways around obstacles such as these.

I suggest contacting who you bought the account from before proceeding any further.
